Pros enjoy free ground shipping to anywhere in the 48 contiguous US states on all AVA orders over $100.
AVA charges shipping on orders going to addresses outside of the US. AVA does not handle any fees related to customs or import.
AVA products are warranted for two years.
All product returns require a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number from AVA Support.
Defective Product - You count on AVA to provide trouble-free products for your customers. In the rare instance that a product arrives to you with a manufacturing defect, contact AVA Support to arrange a replacement. In such cases, AVA pays the shipping for both the replacement product and the return of the defective unit. If AVA does not receive a defective unit within 30 days of sending a replacement product, you will be charged for the replacement.
Mistakes in an order - All sales with AVA are final. We encourage pros to order product as needed rather than keep warehouse stocks of their own. However, mistakes are human and we can work with you to fix it. If you order items by mistake, you may return unopened items within 10 days. Returns require an RMA number from AVA Support, and you are responsible to pay for return shipping. AVA may additionally charge a 20% restocking fee on such returns. The refund is issued when we have verified the returned product has been returned unopened and can be restocked as new. The preceding is always at AVA's sole discretion, as the AVA Authorized Pro Agreement states all sales are final.
